Ground Shipping on orders under $50:
Standard Ground Shipping delivery starts at $5.95 per package. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days and depends upon weight of the package and distance from our office in Orlando, FL
*Third Day**: Three Day delivery is available and starts at $7.99* per package. Delivery time is 3 days.
*Second Day**: Two Day delivery is available and starts at $12.49* per package. Delivery time is 2 days.
*Next Day**: Overnight delivery is available and starts at $35.99* per package. Delivery time is 1 day. Pricing my vary due to the amount of items, weight, and delivery location.
* - Expedited shipping is the price of the shipping plus $1.00 per item.
** - Orders choosing expedited shipping will need to be verified by phone due to the large volume of credit card fraud that occurs in the online market place. This is to ensure our customers and non customers finacial safety.
Expedited Shipping
TheMetroMan ships using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. We exclusively use UPS and FedEx for our 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight options. Our shipping cost are calculated on weight and distance to the desired location. If you should have any questions regarding shipping times or rates, feel free to email us anytime. Remember when emailing to include your contact information as well as what products you would like shipped and to what zip code. We do have a cut off time of 1pm EST for expedited shipping Monday – Friday.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipments
We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and have discounted rates for 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping to most areas within these states and provinces. Call or email us for our special rates on shipping to these areas.
Order Processing
TheMetroMan orders are processed within one to three business days before being shipped out. Usually, your order is shipped within 24 hours of receiving it. To estimate delivery time, please consider the following steps:
1. The time the order is received by our office can sometimes be delayed uo to 24 hours.
2. The processing time of the order is one to three business days.
3. How long it takes for the shipping company to deliver the product.Our staff is available Monday thru Friday, 9am – 5pm EST to answer any questions you may have in regards to your order.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday; there are no orders processed on weekends or holidays.
Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason. In the event that the address information is entered incorrectly at the time ordering, it will then be corrected by UPS or USPS. If the customer mistakenly inputs the incorrect address, this will be held as a customer mistake, leaving all monetary obligations up to the customer to correct the problem. This charge will only take place in the event of a data entry error on the part of the customer. This charge will be credited only after the order has left our warehouses and we have been billed by UPS or USPS for the error. For these types of charges, each case will be thoroughly investigated to insure that the error was not made by our shipping staff.
