Step 1: Start by cutting the nails as needed and filing them to the shape of the finger. Filing also makes the edge of the nail smooth. Always clean under the nail as part of this step. Step 3: Soak the fingertips in warm water to aid in softening the cuticles. Push the cuticles back gently, then cautiously cut the dead skin from the cuticles with a cuticle trimmer. It isn't always necessary to cut the cuticles, You can also just push the cuticle’s back in between trimmings Step 4: Wash your hands thoroughly to remove any excess cuticle remover. As an added treat, you can apply an exfoliating moisturizer to your hands. Rub the exfoliating moisturizer gently onto your hands to remove any dead skin.
